Marcy Silver Flynn, Founder
Marcy formed Silver Image Management in 1994 to support responsible stewardship in archives, libraries, and other collections.
Prior to consulting, Marcy worked in prints and photographs departments at the Library of Congress (1991-1994), the Historical Society of Pennsylvania (1988-1991), and the Maryland Historical Society (1984-1988).

Marcy is an active member of the Society of American Archivists (SAA). She is the instructor for SAA's course Arranging and Describing Photographs, and has taught workshops on several topics related to archiving images. She has served on SAA's Committee on Education, Standards Committee, Program Committee and other leadership roles in the organization.
